Rwotomioy Reagan alias High Prist is a Ugandan singer, song writer, performing artist, an entrepreneur and the C.E.O of Jungle Empire. Born 10th August, 1993 in Gulu (Uganda). High Prist started singing professionally at the age of 16 after recording a rap song from Roy Studios. High Prist holds a Bachelor Degree in “Arts in Music” from Makerere University.
